PCS Publishing, Co., established in 2009, is a subsidiary of the Polo Centre of Sustainability. It operates within the Open Access Publishing (OAP) forum and aims to freely promote universal access with equal opportunities for all scientific, technical and engineered knowledge with the creation and dissemination via peer-reviewed publishing. The OAP encourages initiatives to facilitate access, including free and uncharged access, to publicly available journals and books, open archives and repositories for scientific knowledge.
