RESEARCH
The Centre's research is based within two interdisciplinary methodological
approaches: qualitative and quantitative. The combinative use of the two
has
been a long goal of the Centre with pioneering research in sustainability controls and systematisation-biases of combining the two approaches. The
Centre has expert personnel that specialise in sustainable development, geographical statistics and environmental disciplinary research. Common
sustainability indices that utilise one of these two approaches show the
diverse nature and wide range of our research expertise. A tabular example under Sustainability Indices elucidates this research and its significance.
